Supporting local agriculture is at the core of Sizzle's mission, and we make a point to work closely with neighboring farmers and suppliers. Our beef comes from cattle that enjoy a diet of spent grain straight from our sister restaurant, J.J. Ratigan Brewing Co, resulting in exceptionally tender and flavorful meat. We even source our bacon from a father & son business right in town! You'll often hear Partner & Chef, Hiram Quintana, speak passionately about his food, proudly telling his customers, "We make everything but the bread and the ketchup."
